How did you get into web design?
Well, my career started as online data entry operator in government organization. After some time I felt like to have a try on designing web pages. So I joined a small advertising agency getting the basic of graphic design, and after 6 months period I joined Arena Multimedia institute where I took my diploma in multimedia. That was my first professional break.
Do you remember the very first site you designed?
I never forget my first site http://www.provab.com/ was my maiden site. I spent a lot of time to finish it despite the fact that I was a beginner. It was a memorable site for me.
You are doing a lot of FLASH, is this specialization for you?
Of course, imagination is the beginning of creation as I am a graphics - flash developer.
Where do you get your art for these web pages?
Most of the artworks done are under the guidance of our creative director. The compiled output graphic and animation are done from my end.
What will be the next big development in webpage design?
I am looking forward to integrate Flash, C#, .NET and AJAX in my next big development which is under way. With our .NET development team, we are trying to develop an e-commerce site and at the same time, we are looking for some help on the same. Have you ever worked with website templates?
Till date, I have never worked with website templates but I frequently visit many international sites on web templates for getting ideas and inspiration.
What do you think about Flash technology?
It's awesome technology of Adobe Macromedia. Flash is a powerful and versatile tool for designing and delivering low-bandwidth animations, presentations and web sites. It can be used to create entire websites or to add interactive elements to standard HTML web sites. It enables Flash web designers to incorporate sound, movement and interactivity - and can be a great way to add visual flair to a site. According to me this is the best platform to show our creativity online or CD presentation.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of using Flash?
Advantages - easily audio and video broadcasting, improve visitor experience, provide complete multimedia package, growing its plug-in. Disadvantages - difficulty in search engine ranking, plug-in, required broadband connectivity, etc.
What are your sources of inspiration?
Most of the times, I am bombarded with inspirations in Internet. The other traditional sources are magazines, artist and senior designer profiles and finally nature.
What are your favorite website designs that you did and did NOT design yourself?

What was the toughest project or customer situation you?ve encountered?
Honestly, till now I didn't face any toughest project or customer requirement. I am the person who always works on client?s satisfaction for generating the company returns. This is one of my stumbling blocks where I can't make the most out of my creative talent.
What are your interests and dislikes in webpage design?
Personally I would like to see a page with neat and simple graphic complemented by impeccable functionality and relevant content. Additionally, those work on low connectivity.
