The design field has increased in creativity as the tools have improved and the internet's abilities have evolved. What about that Flash? Knowing how to use it is a big part of Flash's effectiveness. I was looking at portfolios again and saw the work of Matthew Soriano of Emesstyle.com, which also includes Flash work. I was impressed, so I asked Matthew for an interview.

Andy Rutledge is a designer and an artist in Texas. He is most known with his redux posts that is redesigning well-known websites the way they 'should' be. Webpage designers are finding many organizations out there that want and need a webpage internet presence for information, education and bettering the lot of mankind generally. Faith related groups have used the web for good purposes too. One designer that I have communicated with recently works on design for several of these websites.
