Having Quit Skype, Eva-Lotta Lamm Embraces Freelance

Eva-Lotta is a freelance User Experience Designer. She previously led the Business design team at Skype, worked as interaction designer for Yahoo! in London and as lead designer for Kahn + Associates in Paris. Besides her daytime mission of making the web a more understandable, usable and hopefully more delightful place, she loves sketching, doodling and playing around with various little side projects. Jeremiah Shoaf is a freelance Interactive Art Director & Flash Developer working out of the Washington, DC area. After six years working fulltime in the interactive industry, he set out on his own as a freelancer in 2007. Although he has an extensive background in programming and development, he considers himself a designer foremost. When not in front of the computer he’s probably either playing/listening to music or doing something outdoors like running, fly fishing or birdwatching.In his interview he talks about working freelance and all the things associated with it.
